- 6 Chateau Foods Bread Dumplings, Toasted and cubed
- 2 C Of Halved Grape Tomatoes
- 1/2 C Fresh Basil, Chiffonade
- 1 Medium Yellow Onion, Minced
- 1/4 Fresh Basil Minced
- 1/2 C Olive Oil
- 1/2 C Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 T Sugar
- Salt & Pepper
- Toss tomato and basil and dumplings
- Combine onion, basil, sugar, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar. Let sit for 30 Minutes.
- Toss with salad or leave on the side.
