Panzanella Salad

Ingredients

  • 6 Chateau Foods Bread Dumplings, Toasted and cubed
  • 2 C Of Halved Grape Tomatoes
  • 1/2 C Fresh Basil, Chiffonade
  • 1 Medium Yellow Onion, Minced
  • 1/4 Fresh Basil Minced
  • 1/2 C Olive Oil
  • 1/2 C Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 T Sugar
  • Salt & Pepper

Steps

  • Toss tomato and basil and dumplings
  • Combine onion, basil, sugar, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar. Let sit for 30 Minutes.
  • Toss with salad or leave on the side.
