Quick & Easy Potato Dumplings

Directions:

Bring 1 1/2 to 2 quarts of water and one level teaspoon of salt to boil in a 3 quart saucepan.

Remove frozen dumplings from carton, separate and drop carefully into water.

Stir very gently with large spoon 1 to 2 minutes.

When water returns to boil, cover and boil gently for 20 minutes.

Remove dumplings with slotted spoon, slice each dumpling into 4 or 5 pieces and serve with gravy or melted butter.
