Chateau Peach Dumplings

Ingredients:

1 package Chateau Potato Dumplings, thawed

6 peaches, halved and stoned

cinnamon sugar


Directions:

Flour a board a roll each dumpling into a circle large enough to encase peach half.

PLace one or two peach halves, depending on size, on each dumpling circle, and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Pinch each closed and roll into smooth ball.

Add peach dumplings to a large pot of lightly salted, boiling water.

Simmer covered for 15-20 minutes.

Remove dumplings with a slotted spoon and serve with melted butter, cottage cheese, sugar and cinnamon.
